床の間作り

床の間２

宏道流いけばな展　床の間づくり　家元席。

３月１０日から１２日まで　銀座のセントラル美術館で開催されます。
流祖没後二百年　副家元襲名記念の花展。出瓶者は２００名にも及ぶ大規模な催しです。
その会場の床の間造りをやらせていただきます。

家元席には、中央に家元、となりに副家元とお嬢さんのお花が生けられます。
やっと模型が出来たので東京駅で待ち合わせてお渡しした。

私のしつらえは、張りぼてのボテッとしたものではありません。
スキッとした細い線は張りぼてでは出てきません。

床の間を象徴的に表現するということは、ずっと前から野点の茶席やら一般の住宅などで試みてきた。
雨楽会での、私の一つのテーマだったような気がする。
それがこんな形で生かされる機会がいただけるとは思ってもみなかった。
指名して頂いたお家元に感謝です。ありがたいことです。

ところで私もちょこっと花を生けます。
若山くんは床の間造りがメインだからね、と家元は私の稽古不足を暗に指摘してきます。
それはそうですが、何とか活けてみます。

ところで、銀座のセントラル美術館の前が帽子のトラヤなのです。
また帽子屋さんに寄ったんでしょと女房が牽制しています。
でも銀座に行ったらトラヤを覗いてみなくちゃ。

花展の招待券あります。差し上げますのでどうぞお問い合わせください。
たまには銀座もいいですよ。

花展開催中に一度着物着て行ってみようかな。
